Come join a naturalist to learn about all the sounds you can hear when you go out and explore nature. Learn the calls of common birds and insects we hear all summer long. As well as learn about the impact of human-made noises on wildlife.
Join us at Marilla's Mindful Supplies for a community cleanup and learn about Littatraps from a Zoo Naturalist! Together with Like-minded neighbors, we'll work to clean up our local green spaces and make Rochester a cleaner, greener city!

Join two zoo naturalists for our City Nature Challenge BioBlitz nature hikes in some of Rochester’s beautiful parks. This hike will take place on April 28th from 9:30 a.m. -11:30 a.m. at Cobbs Hill Park. The goal of these Bioblitz’s is to document the variety of plant, animal, and fungal species that exist in and around the City of Rochester.
